Apella keeps on recordthedocumentation that your company or underwriters may need in regard to our appraisers, providing you convenience and saving you time. Information available includes E&O insurance certificates, licensing for regulators, and resumes. Documentation for real estate service providers to the same degree is also maintained providing that it is required in the home state where the real estate service provider is located.
All appraisers in our vendor network are state licensed and or certified, all home inspectors are NACHI certified or state licensed and real estate service providers are licensed or certified in the state that they do business. Apella holds an active policy for criteria in compliance with HVCC.
We have committed to work with our vendors and real estate service providers to supply them with the tools and education that they need to supply our clients the highest quality service and products.

Pay Pal offers a multitude of payment methods, such as Master Card, Visa, And American Express and On Line checking that we encourage you to investigate. You may make payments from the convenience of your home or future lender, attorney or financial planner's desk through the use of the Internet.
Further benefits are improved efficiency, cost savings, improved documentation and security.
In the event that your future lender, attorney or financial planner would like us to invoice them, we request that they fill out an account application with our accounting department and supply us with a signature of the approving supervisor. Upon completion and acceptance of the application, Apella Real Estate Business Solutions has the ability to invoice your service provider directly. This is done through the use of email invoicing and online banking should they wish to utilize these tools.
